- First of all connect your modem with the system and let it install the Drivers.
- Then install the default dashboard that comes with Modem its drivers.

on extracting CDMA WORK shop 2.7 you will find two executable files click on
It will load the patch and the cdma workshop v2.7 will open....
Now select the port in com settings (AT mode).. if you dont know the correct port just giv try by guessing.. only one will get selected...
you will get a window somewhat like this with different phone information. Now after it is connected go to security tab and select spc and type 000000 as shown below and press send.... you will get a popup that code spc accepted
Now go to others tab and in the R-UIM select R-UIM only and click on send this displays a message success thrice in a pop up and now you have changed your device non R-UIM to R-UIM...
Now you have successfully unlocked your E152 Huawei Modem...
coming to update your firmware in your modem. please do not follow any other link to install custom dashboard in your modem that may make your device useless....
run the downloaded setup file one you are done with the previous set of instructions... if something fails do not try this... do comment i will try to help you..

now close the old dashboard and click quit application
first,run that program which you downloaded..
click on next now let the setup search for device...
one when it is done you will get a screen link this..
click next, which will download the required files from the internet...
once when it says update successful. you are done
you can now use any cdma sim card and browse using the same tata dashboard.. you must create a profile for that in the dashboard..
